NO WORK LIFE BALANCE WORK EVERY WEEKEND You could be passed over for every promotion. Most of time you just feel like a number. I have seen people get hired as seasonals and stay seasonal for months some even a year while working 40+ hours with no benefits. Management treats employees like children. Managers get weekends off most employees don’t. No direction on a real career that doesn’t involve SALES. The company only cares about money. Feel like a slave. You have to kiss a lot of butt to grow in this company Lots of favoritism You could come in as a full fledged professional with years of experience in corporate or luxury and you could still be hired as a part-time sales associate with no real direction of advancement. YOU WILL GET BURNT OUT and there will be someone else infatuated with the brand just as u once were to take ur place.

No work life balance and no clear direction. Major disconnect between expectations from the New York office and regional office. Inconsistent communication and lack of support for field employees. My region was realigned five separate times during a one year period. Executive turnover is atrocious.
