      Direct, Quick, Know what they are looking for. They intro you to who you'll be working for and next to. You get a real feel of what to expect.

      Cons

      I'm not sure what it is like with the new WFH situation everywhere.

      Luk while flawed from a pay prospective is an outstanding company that does well for it's employees with what it has available.
