      Pros

      Love the people. Laid back environment. Great support from coworkers and supervisor/leadership. Decent pay and benefits. Great training opportunities.

      Cons

      Lots of employees coming and going. Constant changes in programs and structure. Difficult to move up. Raises are minimal.
