      Long hours Often 6 days a week Basic salary is poor. However salary can be boosted well with commissions.

Work-life balance is an area we constantly strive to improve and as industry leaders we reduced our Saturday working hours last year from 09:00-16:30 to 09:00-13:00. We value our employees' wellbeing and will explore ways to better manage workloads and create more flexible schedules where possible. We are always reviewing our pay structure and aim to make adjustments wherever necessary, taking into account various factors such as market trends and industry standards.       - Plenty of Training opportunities - Social office environment - Support for Continual Professional Development (CPD) and professional accreditation - Opportunities to access and share resources and collaborate amongst offices nationally

      Cons

      - Lack of option for flexi-time - Clearer package to outline career progression and professional accreditation from the first day would be beneficial to discover routes and opportunities available to pursue.
