Felt like a family when first started. There used to be treat days ect but all stopped after covid

Poor wages, no work/life balance, very clicky atmosphere, no management support, managers will happily throw you under a bus, poor commission structure, long hours, shorter hours in some branches for same money meaning your on less money than hours when worked out hourly. Minimum wage, high turn over of staff,
