We continuously strive to bridge the gap between head office and front-end operations while simplifying our systems to enhance efficiency. Since last year, we started a 'Host A Director' programme where the executive team visited over 80 branches in an aim to enhance communication, understanding, and collaboration between our leadership team and our front office teams.
