Brilliant company to work for, loads of training and support and fantastic progression

Head office sometimes is a little out of touch with the front end office. And over complicated systems

We pride ourselves on our onboarding and training courses we offer. The support we offer, certainly opens the doors to the fantastic progression opportunities at LRG. Your comments regarding the challenges with head office communication and system complexity are duly noted. We continuously strive to bridge the gap between head office and front-end operations while simplifying our systems to enhance efficiency. Since last year, we started a 'Host A Director' programme where the executive team visited over 80 branches in an aim to enhance communication, understanding, and collaboration between our leadership team and our front office teams. The company car was a bonus and was lucky to have good colleagues

Too hectic with calls sometimes which also expected. Slow progression
