Some really nice nice and talented people in some parts of the business

Cons

Credit control is run by fools. Toxic culture delivering poor customer outcomes. High turnover of staff, poor training, and almost zero supervision.

Management, training and overall company core values

Previously there was less work life balance and some issue with management however in 4 years out of the business, I can see this has improved hence why I have returned

After leaving I can not think of one positive

Cons

Overworked and underpaid, the car ends up costing you a fortune. Toxic high level management. The work life balance is so poor I recommend anyone who is thinking of leaving to do so!!
