      Company is forward thinking, with good infrastructure, and growing. Come a long way in a short space of time with big plans to grow

      Pros

      Branch manager very approachable, offers support, generally they think they are helping by always changing the process but really they are just complicating things

      Cons

      Very poor payers, don't reward u for any efforts, no pay increases, they give u awards instead instead of salary reviews, no appraisals, no where to move up really.

      A welcome start to a new Company and new Industry

      Pros

      From recruitment, to the onboarding process, to my first day at Leaders...it has been straight forward, informative and everyone has been really welcoming. I'be been with Leaders since the end of July 2017 and I am honestly proud to tell people where I work, and thoroughly enjoy it.

      Cons

      The only negative experience I've had so far is around the tax on my wages, even though I handed in a copy of my P45 from my former employer. It would have been nice to talk to Payroll direct as a new starter rather then going through the Area Manager.
