      Pros

      I have by far had the best induction and start to my career with Leaders Romans Group. Everyone from the CEO to the staff in the offices are helpful, welcoming and have an incredible spirit and passion. Having spent a few years in a bad environment with a different company it is refreshing and uplifting to come into a company where everyone counts and people in the business are so valued!

      Perfect working hours, great office staff and excellent head office and support network for staff. Real career opportunities to boot.

      Cons

      When trying to build a department I feel a little more could be done with budgets and expectations.

      Pros

      They care about their employees, they offer multiple apprenticeship programs and great inhouse training. The business is ever expanding with real career paths that other business in the property sector have no chance of matching.

      None, genuinely no downside to this business
