Cons
If you want to do well you may sometimes despite what the company employ and pay you to do want to do longer hours to get where you want to be. I get in early and have sometimes been known to work late to get the business but it has always been my chose and not expected. Some people start at 9am and leave at 6pm, you do what you feel you need to do to get where you want to be.
The basic is lower than I have been on before but they pay good commission so if you do well you will pick up a really good salary. Like all things in life you get out of it what you put into it, if you work hard and do all you can you will never have anything to worry about, the company will appreciate you more than you have ever been appreciated before.
