Pros

I have been with the business for 21 years and I have loved every minute of it. There is a great culture within the business where everyone is supportive of you to the same common goal of making the business better for our clients and staff. I also love the fact that it is a growing company offering loads of opportunity for all staff to grow within the business rather than having to move companies to develop.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any. Maybe the fact that it is not a South Coast football club that wear blue and white shirts and want a 47 year old striker lacking in talent but bursting with motivation?

Pros

*Great Management that genuinely value and care about you and your team * *Always very supportive and help you to be the best that you can be. * Awards with great prizes and recognition for all your hard work *We have every aspect of our business covered and genuinely have the best, most dedicated, caring, passionate, colleagues throughout the whole company that I have ever experienced, whether it be from our sales teams, HR, IT, Leaders Direct, LifeTime Legal, Finance support, I could go on and on, the company support us superbly from every aspect from all teams Leaders really do truly care about there staff and helping you to progress your career. you will defiantly thrive in our positive environment and be a valued, appreciated employee. A happy Team is a successful team.

Cons

If you want to do well you may sometimes despite what the company employ and pay you to do want to do longer hours to get where you want to be. I get in early and have sometimes been known to work late to get the business but it has always been my chose and not expected. Some people start at 9am and leave at 6pm, you do what you feel you need to do to get where you want to be. The basic is lower than I have been on before but they pay good commission so if you do well you will pick up a really good salary. Like all things in life you get out of it what you put into it, if you work hard and do all you can you will never have anything to worry about, the company will appreciate you more than you have ever been appreciated before.

Thank you for your review. Our employees are the heart of our business and we're incredibly grateful for their hard work and commitment. I'm happy that you feel this is recognised. Due to the nature of the business, this can require some longer hours but this is currently being reviewed for areas of the business that highlighted it as an issue in our recent Employee Engagement Survey. Thank you for your feedback and for all of your hard work! Lizzie - HR Department
