Pros

The company helped out in a tight spot many years ago (unlikely to do so now!) Great trips/awards if you work hard Nice car Some decent training over the years.

Cons

HR is there to protect the company not the workers It seems they don't value or want to retain hard working individuals.

Pros

Good company with good values and lots of rewards available.

Cons

If you get a poor area manager who does not support you then you will not progress and will be made to feel undervalued and worthless. Especially if they employ friends or even family as management. Kind hours of work and different pay for everyone.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Leaders has always prided itself on having family business values and recognising the importance of rewarding our valued employees. We are sorry to hear that you felt undervalued. A supportive environment is very important to us, we therefore encourage all staff to contact senior management or the HR Department if they feel unable to approach their direct line manager. We would like to wish you all the best for the future. Samantha - HR Department

Pros

- Lots of support from upper management - Plenty of incentives to keep staff motivated - Constantly evolving company looking for ways to improve work/life balance for staff

Cons

- In my position, there is sometimes a need to fund staff incentives in the office and also to cover the cost of key cutting and other jobs. The process for getting reimbursed can sometimes take time. - Sometimes there is a need to use your personal phone to speak with clients. Whilst I do not keep any customers data on my personal mobile, it can have an adverse effect on work/life balance as customers will call or text out of work hours. A company mobile would be helpful to resolve this.

Thank you for your review and your ongoing contributions to LRG. As you are aware as a current employee, we are actively involved in providing support and benefits to our valued employees to ensure that work life balance is achieved. To that extent, Company mobiles are available from the IT department and we would encourage any employee to raise this with their line manager should they feel they need one. Samantha - HR Department
