      2 years working for Leaders

      Pros

      I have worked in the industry for nearly 17 years and worked for 2 what I consider, same size organisations. One things which is really noticeable with Leaders is that communication throughout the company is great and although the Lettings industry itself have gone through dramatic changes in the last 18-24 months, Leaders I feel have led the way within the industry to adapt and adjust, making sure all employee are supported throughout any transitions which have been necessary due to new laws and legislation. With consent growth pretty evident, i'm excited to fulfill my enthusiasm to move through the ranks and take possible opportunities should they arise.

      Cons

      Leaders have a Summer ball rather than a Christmas ball, would be great to have both! Apologies, I really can't think of any Con's at this stage.
