Pros

- Most of the branch staff are welcoming and inclusive . A lot of social dates planned - Working in the town centre is great, a fabulous location close to all the shops - Parking provided (permit for the multi-storey car parks) - Everyone in the sales team want to collaborate together and help each other out where possible.

Cons

- Senior Management, who you do not see a whole lot of can be frosty. - The relationship between lettings, sales and property management is twisted negatively from Senior Management. - Little to no recognition for hard work, extra hours put in, no progression or promotions in sight!

Great job but underlying sexism in top management

Pros

Very interesting job and loads of really amazing people to work with. Friendly environment and they seem to genuinely care about their staff. Lots of positive communication throughout the company.

Cons

Long hours to achieve the workload. Disappointing underlying sexism in top level management. They are trying to address this but the male directors seems to take all the credit for the work carried out by 64% of women they employ. I have witnessed male colleagues being introduced to senior managers early in their career and touted for promotion despite good work and great performance from female colleagues. My boss still thinks women should make him tea. Not all male colleagues are like this, just the dinosaurs at the top. Just manage your expectations if you the group.
