      I really enjoy working at the Leaders Romans group! Everyone is so friendly especially in Hive and make you feel so welcome! Hard work definitely gets recognised and having a day in lieu breaks up the week for working every other weekend!

      Pros

      LRG offers clear progression and we are the market leaders in most areas that we operate in, staff welfare is always at the forefront of the business, the company offers competitive remuneration and the customer service levels show in our google reviews from customers! Having worked for some well known other corporate companies in the industry I definitely noticed a difference when joining LRG, you are so much more than a payroll number here!

      Cons

      Corporate companies aren't for everybody, you are either in tune with the wider business and enjoy the structure or the type of employee that prefers a small independent company.
