Pros

Good internal incentives, colleagues are all great. Salary is competitive.

Cons

Extremely departmentalised and whilst all departments are working towards the same goals, there is a lot of conflict between departments. Additionally, I would be surprised if the directors knew what the daily life in an office is like as i believe they are very out of touch with the processes etc. Finally, everything is about hitting targets and reporting figures. If more time was spent winning business rather than having numerous meetings about why targets have not been hit (in some cases 5-6 hours a week) then it's more likely the targets would actually be reached. It can be demotivating. No work life balance with the expectation to receive calls outside of work hours - if this is not done then it can be detrimental to your career. Company does not provide mobiles and expects the use of your personal phone, WhatsApp and texts inside and outside of hours.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We're really disappointed to hear about your experience at Leaders Romans Group and take your comments very seriously. If you are comfortable, please know you can contact the HR department at any time to speak confidentially about the issues you have raised. On better collaboration between departments, we are currently looking at how to bridge those gaps and bring together better communication. I will also make sure your feedback is shared with our senior team. The Employee Engagement survey is currently running and would encourage you to share your comments on there also. Thank you.
