We're pleased to hear you had a positive working environment during your time at LRG but really disappointed to hear about your experience particularly when it came to sharing feedback and your challenges with claiming expenses. We have a number of different facilities to share feedback at LRG from our CEO forum to an open door policy with senior management and the HR team.       Pros

      In the past year, the business has changed and i have personally been helped by Senior Management and Directors. This industry has never been easy but i have been doing this job for over 30 years but with the support of my Regional Lettings Director who encourages me and knows my strengths and weaknesses, i aim to be the best i possibly can. As the saying goes, If you love the job you do, you will never work a day in your life!!

      We all have days where things don't go right but we just have to smile through them.
