      One of the worst companies i’ve worked for

      - Not working for this company any more

      Cons

      - Awful support system - Very unprofessional environment - Language used in the office was disgusting - Branch manager had anger issues and used to smash items against the wall when he was frustrated - bullying between staff was reported several times and nothing was ever done about it - No support was ever offered to any of the negotiators - No company culture - You we’re scrutinised for taking your hours unpaid lunch break - Negotiators get paid very poorly

      Outstanding company to work for!

      Pros

      I've been an employee at Leaders for the past 6 months and have loved every day since! I felt extremely welcomed within my first few months of working at the company and was very much looked after and made sure I settled into my role gently. One of my first impressions was that the majority of the staff had worked there for 5+ years which told me that the company are obviously loyal to their employees. The pay and commission structure is very clear, not confusing. There are plenty of avenues to earn extra commission which encourages my team to work their hardest to achieve targets. As a branch manager, there are a big number of various targets to hit however, the end of month reporting system is again, clear and concise. All in all, an amazing 6 months so far at Leaders and it is a company I can see myself working on behalf of for a number of years.
