Positive, energetic, hands-on leadership Supportive solutions-seeking management Bright, high-caliber, friendly employees Teamwork, collaboration, and flexibility among departments Non-profit environment with strong sense of shared mission & pride in products and research Shared belief that products are making a difference to families around the world Generous benefits package Seasonal gatherings, Nespresso machine, puzzles and frequent goodies in the breakroom
Cons
Smaller size and non-profit environment might not be best match for someone more interested in climbing the corporate ladder and/or someone who’s most comfortable with a rigid, “fixed’ job description since shifting priorities/focus sometimes require additional flexibility.

- mission alignment and clear direction - benefits package is positive and strong compared to market. - people who work at LENA care deeply about the work and supporting each other -lots of opportunity for learning - a great place for people with self-initiative, desire to make a difference and a passion for connecting impact and outcomes to the mission and vision of the organization
Cons
- if you need too much structure this may not be the place for you - the organization is growing and things can move quickly, which may lead some to feel confused at times - the organization continues to improve and create ways for multiple departments to collaborate and build stronger working relationships
