      - The theory and tech-based impact is exciting - Salary and benefits packages are exceptional for a nonprofit

      Cons

      - Does not have an actively engaged board of directors to provide oversight - The founding family is the only major donor, and regularly distracts management and staff from mission-based work - Lack of clarity from management - Fear-based management style

      pretending to be doing good when they really could care less truthfulness does not exist family is intertwined and they are not nice people

      Horrible environment

      Pros

      New technology that no other company is offering Owner has non-profit motives The product itself is solid The customer service department is great Company provides the proper tools

      Cons

      Company is run by a group of good old boys that have known each other forever. The company is hostile to women (especially IT). There is one funder for the entire company, which creates interesting financial dynamics. There is no direction or business plan at all. Everything is done ad hoc with no consideration for growth. Management provides no direction...not even a job description, explanation of what needs done, insight into company direction, reviews, career opportunities...nothing Customers are not the priority. Regularly heard, "they will get what they get and learn to be happy with it".
