      Pros

      Great benefit package, one of the best 401K plans I have seen. Flexible hours and no micro managing. Reasonable vacation/sick package.

      Cons

      Male dominated hierarchy organization. Women were often overlooked for postions that they were more than qualified for only to be given to men who were less qualified. Most of the time the same rules would not apply to men as they did women for the same situations so that was very disheartening.

      Pros

      It’s awesome working for a global company. I love people that are sitting on a different continent, telling me how things should run in Pittsburgh. I love that one of the top descriptions when applying is their robust bonus system with they haven’t had bonuses in years. I love the travel bans and layoffs, but upper management dines and flies all over the globe. I also love that our counterparts get months of vacation and we can’t escape 12 hour days.
