This company does not care about the positive impacts you as an individual will have on the company!! They will tell you all the negative things about you first, and rarely mention the positive impacts. The head office is not helpful at all and will send you the wrong information for forms/documents.
This is a very greedy company!
They are very bad at communication, however the sales and management simply just care about their bonus and nothing else! Be prepared to be working long weeks and there is absolutely no work/life balance as they say. This company is not doing well in Canada mainly because of the economy, however they do not listen to that factor. All they will do is push you to your limit and this ends up in many resignation letters from staff members. Please find something better and do not apply for any position within this company. It treats its co workers like garbage and the head office just sit in their comfortable offices and send harmful and threatening emails, calls, etc to boutique management. They expect so much from workers even when the economy is not that great here in Canada.
