Pros

- Head office has a very family-like feel - Great perks and benefits including GoodLife discounts, health and mental wellness budget, summer Friday's, flex hours, generous time off policy which includes paid personal and sick days, 50% employee discount, monthly gratis - Everyone working here is super passionate about the brand

Cons

There really are no cons. I left L'Occitane to pursue other development opportunities but I really enjoyed my time here.
