Pros

You are given a very generous gratis for each campaign, great discount, overall a beautiful and pleasant place to work.

Cons

Not a job for someone who needs a lot of working hours. You are sometimes left alone in the store for hours at a time. Upper management is only concerned about numbers. No room for growth in the company. Unrealistic sales goals.

The managers are thoughtful and considerate. It is a great place to work for part-time job. People are very nice and caring.

Cons

Due to the budget concerns, it can not give you more working hours. You need other part-time job to make a living.

Pros

Lots of Gratis! Every time a new product came out the company would give you one to try for free!

Cons

Way too much going on at once (Gifts, sales, samples, trip giveaways, parties, etc.) and products are always changing and being discontinued.
