      Great products, classy customers, company does good charitable work through its foundation

      Cons

      Incompetent management, bad hiring practices, company saves money by shorting its employees, constant employee turnover in every division of the company, management does not provide a regular schedule or consistent hours for store sales associates. Physical store location falling apart at the seams, which negatively affected sales, but corporate will not budget for necessary repairs until the store performs better.
