- Amazing and thorough company training - Free product regularly - clean and beautiful stores - many people have a real passion for the brand

Cons

- Not good if you want career progression from being a casual - only employed casuals and full timers, no part time opportunities - constant budget cuts to rosters, which means uncertainty for casuals - Constant push on CRM KPIs which are sometimes unattainable for quiet stores - head office are out of touch with what happens in stores - constant management changes

Not much cons to relate. L'occitane is present in a lot of countries, it woukd be amazing to have the costumer data based valid and available to use by all, for a better 360 omni Hamel approach
