Pros

Great history behind company. Products are really amazing and do work. Annual sales trip to France is a great positive. Head office support is there whenever you need it

Cons

Extremely under paid. Overload of paperwork not enough payroll hours. Manager is expected to do everything alone from selling to paperwork to running the store. No hours mean the manager is the only one in store to complete everything alone

Pros

I love the products I had the most amazing teammates I had the opportunity to be at several locations throughout the city

Cons

I found it insulting after 4 years they gave me a 10 cent raise There was no career advancement opportunities Some of corporate team at the time were rude towards the retail employees when they came for sporadic visits, which was discouraging

Pros

The products are great and there's a lot of clarity around the the ingredients that go into making them. They raise money for blindess. You can learn a lot of skills on the job and wear different hats because there are fewer staff members per store.

Cons

There's no support for management and they talk about work/life balance but don't put it into practice. As much as they say the employees are a key part of their business model, the employees from managers down are treated like sales machines and little else. The training is very little so be prepared to learn as you go. There's no communication between the corporate culture and the retail culture so systems and movements are sloppily implemented from the top down and there's a great deal of condescension from the corporate office to the retail staff.
