Very little. Gratis is probably the only thing I can think of, oh and samples...

Cons

Where do I start... SM is horrible and has no idea what's going on. Management comes to the store too basically tell u how to do your job by being incredibly pushy towards the customer, and when u know yr a great seller, and know your customers well that is incredibly insulting. And they also don't realize why some stores don't make their numbers... Oh hey maybe because the goal is too high. Ooh and maybe it's because u have an employe that is basically doing w.e she wants and getting away with it because management doesn't bother to care what's going on if it doesn't have to do with sales. I can go on and on but it wouldn't matter any way...

Pros

The most dedicated and awesome DM, really great skincare products, celebrity clients and loyal customer base

Cons

The smell could be nauseating a lot of the time. Corporate likes and aggressive seller which can sometimes come across as pushy. There were too many product changes. You could fall in love with a face wash, use it for a year, and then they'll discontinue it. Very frustrating for customers.

Products, gratis, samples, fragrance is lovely! As far as more pros I think I was nice enough to write whatever i did.

Cons

Employees are a bunch of aholes. They hve no standards of who they should hire. Seniority employees will treat the newbies so poorly. I was treated so bad by a fellow employee I tried to be patient but eventually I quit. Plz Dnt bother working at the Schaumburg, IL store!
