Concerns are listened to and addressed, regular anonymous feedback is gained which does effect change within the business. Overall ethics within the company are strong and people/ environment focused.

Cons

Compassionate leave is weaker than other companies I’ve worked for.

If team is small then you might be expected to pick up shifts Might get sent to other stores to cover shifts

We try not to create a high pressure sales culture in store, but unfortunately in Retail there will always be targets to hit.
