      Pros

      Friendly, encouraging and caring team. Nice atmosphere. Loccitane has strong values, a love for nature, quality products. Upper management is great. Pay/salary is healthy.

      Cons

      It's a luxury skincare boutique so the store can be quiet at times and days can be a little slow. (Compared to fast retail or fast fashion stores)
