My co-workers, the constant learning and training. The benefits as well as the work schedule. Mostly the feeling of not being constrained to one job duty.

Kumon is one of the best companies that I have worked for and I've worked in several industries.

Kumon has excellent benefits. The employee deduction for medical insurance premiums is the lowest of any other companies that I've worked with. There has been no increase in the rates since I started working here but there will be a minimal increase this year and it will still be lower than most other companies. The company matches (100%) up to 6% of the 401K contribution. An employee is fully vested after 2 years. Generous Holiday Policy Diversity - could be representative of the UN. As long as you know your job and does it efficiently and effectively there is usually no pressure from management.

Constantly trying to find an effective evaluation system.
