      Pros

      You actually get to help people and parents appreciate feedback they get on their children. Working with young students is fun and a great way to learn how to work with different types of people.

      Cons

      My manager was often late to work and easily became overwhelmed by requests from parents.

      Nice work balance Easily take days off Being a former student gives you a better chance at landing a position Good on your resume

      Cons

      Extremely low hours, essentially at max 6 hours a week Average minimum wage for students Might be good on your resume but it really does not allow you to move up at Kumon

      If your a college student or a high-school student KLC can provide a great job with very flexible hours which is great when you have a lot of school work.

      Cons

      There aren't enough hours to work usually so this is job is definitely not a job where you can be entirely dependent of your family.
