      Pros

      The health insurance and 401kbenefits are good, you have access to materials and resources whenever you need, you're provided with technology i.e. a computer and cell phone, occassional travel is fun and exciting, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful when called upon. Also, annual bonuses are a big perk.

      Cons

      The upper management is very secretive about the decisions they make. They also have a tendency to lack value for their employees. Typically, they ask others to do more, but pay the same. Although there are bonuses, raises are hard to come by. When raises do occur, they are meager. For these reasons, some of the most seasoned employess leave Kumon because they do not feel appreciated by the upper-management.

      Pros

      It's not very difficult and you get to practice your communication skills (sort of), you work with a variety of kids

      Cons

      You get paid minimum wage, the work is very repetitive, low hours, they didn't give much training but then again you don't really need it
