      Pros

      Kumon is a great place to have a part time job and help others. Most students are highly cooperating and wanting to learn which provides satisfaction to the job.

      Cons

      At my branch, a majority of the staff were high school students and did not receive proper training. The system itself is pretty different from American education so staff should be well trained if they are teaching students.
