      I enjoyed working with the children at this location.

      Cons

      However, I felt that this Kumon did a very poor job in ensuring the welfare of students. I found that the head of the Kumon was extremely rude to the children, causing multiple children to cry. Further, the head allowed other early learning assistants to verbally abuse small children on a regular basis.

      -Low pay for long hours of work - Unprofessional management screaming at children and employees -Management cared more about finishing the shift rather than caring if the students are actually learning - Won’t say the specific location but they are currently advertising that they pay a starting rate of $9.00 per hour. This is not true. Their starting rate is 7.25 and it took me over three years to have a rate of $9.00 per hour
