Mostly really interesting opportunities and clients, lots of room for growth and people that know their stuff.

Cons

Very much a hustle culture kind of vibe. People working overtime regularly, sometimes on weekends. I do think this is generally recognised and appreciated - however, due to the fact that this is the norm rather than the exception, the job is definitely not for everyone. Work life balance often suffers during busier periods.
