Pros

Growing Company with opportunity for upward movement. the opportunites abound for project work and managment work as long as you are willing to take the risks and be productive. the possibilites to get promoted and move into a more senior managment role are there but the road getting there keeps changing and you have to keep adapting in order to stay relevent which keeps you very interested in continuing to work here. also the atmosphere is one of the best across all levels of managment, open door policy is truly in effect here.

Cons

recognition for promotion is not easily discernable, depending on who you speak with you get 20 different answers on the criteria for promotion. What happened to the good old days where your work and excellent performance were enough to get you promoted for a job well done. you do a great job, your reviews are excellent but you get passed up and your boss gets promoted instead....makes you wonder!!!

Pros

My individual group is relatively small and tight-knit. It stood out to me in the interview process from other consulting teams including hundreds of entry-level employees. This is a company where my coworkers know my name.

Cons

As a relatively young company, it has no solid volunteer/community service policy. It could also offer a better benefits package, including some kind of loan payback benefit. Lastly, name recognition is pretty hit-or-miss. If someone is highly familiar with financial services and business valuation, they may know it-- otherwise it's hard to talk about the specific firm with family, friends, etc.
