Pros
The environment is fun and entertaining. Staff employees typically go to happy hours during the week and develop relationships outside of work. Aside from the employee relations, the work itself it not too challenging and I believe you get paid well for what you do - it is by no means I-Banking. The company allows for you to determine how to balance your work life and you get rewarded depending on where you put the fulcrum on the scale (i.e. some employees come in around 10 and leave at 6 others put in 10 - 12 days every day and get the promotions).
Cons
The company has instilled no loyalty among the staff level. Management constantly tell staff "this is a great place to start" hinting that they (staff employees) will be changing companies or careers in the short run. With comes no real career track. The work itself is not too challenging which allows from some of the employees to coast within the company not putting in too many hours. There are no opportunities to really go into the market and try the challenges of selling work or developing business relationships. Overall, the company does not foster a place you would be loyal to and would challenge you each day.
