As a Senior Associate you will have senior level exposure within companies.

Cons

Management doesn't care about its people and doesn't practice what is preached. Very poor career development and as a recruiter you will be pigeonholed. Cost cutting strategy on all fronts and a constant turnover of employees. Some of the reviews I have read seem false.
