Pros

Colleagues - great set of people, friendly, professional and of the same mind set. The social aspect is great. Flexibility - I have been given the flexibility to work from home, start later etc.

Cons

Management - lack of leadership, no presence when needed, "yes" men/women with client, not interested in the comments feedback around account/ways of working. Some are aggressive/derogatory to the point their staff have been left crying following 121's. Will openly discuss members of their teams with others including personal circumstances, performance etc. Salary - seem to be plucked out of thin air when people are hired, if you know someone you're starting salary will be higher than those who don't. This a common/ongoing issue across most accounts and when management are approached about a pay rise they practically laugh in your face. 2018 increases not worth mentioning. Bonus - 10% potential ,less than 2% paid. As a highly rated employee I was told my bonus would be low due to a larger account taking most of the "pot" Development - non existent, the only people to be promoted/given opportunities are those who are friends with management.

Pros

Positive Perceived Brand: The company's association with high-profile executive search business boosts its market reputation and perceived brand value. Interesting Projects: Engaging and interesting projects with solid, reputable companies provide valuable learning opportunities and career development.

Cons

Constant Fear of Layoffs: Every day feels like walking on eggshells. The fear of being laid off looms over everyone, creating a toxic and stressful work environment. 20% of the US advisory team was laid off last year, leading to perpetually low morale. Apocalyptic Sales Credit Process: The sales credit process here is a disaster. It’s confusing, inefficient, and seems to be designed to penalize employees rather than reward them. It’s a demoralizing experience that saps any joy out of achieving sales targets. Siloed with No Collaboration: The company is incredibly siloed, with departments operating in isolation. There’s no collaboration, no teamwork, and no sense of unity. It’s every person for themselves, which makes working on cross-functional projects a nightmare. Disingenuous CEO: The CEO is disingenuous and out of touch with the reality of the company. They put on a facade of caring about the employees, but their actions speak otherwise. The CEO received a 22% raise last year, highlighting a significant disparity as most employees did not receive raises. There’s a complete lack of transparency and genuine leadership from the top. Lack of Clear Corporate Strategy: The company has no clear direction or strategy. We’re constantly pivoting and changing priorities, which makes it impossible to focus on long-term goals. It feels like we’re just trying to survive day by day without any real plan for the future. Survival of the Fittest: The culture here is one of survival of the fittest. There’s no support or development for employees, and the only way to get ahead is to outlast your colleagues. It’s a cutthroat environment that breeds resentment and distrust. Poor Senior Leadership: Senior leadership is completely incompetent. They lack vision, strategy, and the ability to inspire their teams. Decisions are made haphazardly, and there’s no accountability for the poor choices that are dragging the company down. Bonuses Below Targets: Bonuses consistently fall below targets, disappointing employees who rely on these incentives.

Pros

Remote, decent pay, and some of the other coordinators were great to work with!

Cons

Leadership was absolutely terrible. Very top heavy. Too many cooks in the kitchen not knowing how to implement good processes. Our account had 1 Project Director, 2 Project Managers, 4 Team Leads, & about 20-25 Recruiting Coordinators. I literally had the absolute worst 2 year experience due to the toxicity of leadership. They literally got rid of one toxic manager and then replaced them with another toxic manager. I’ve never experienced such an uncomfortable work environment like I did when I worked for KF. Team Leads are fake, talk badly about coordinators to other coordinators & they choose favorites. I would know, I was a favorite at the beginning. If you speak up, they make it blatantly clear that you’re on their sht list. I actually feel bad for the client because they have no idea what’s going on behind the scenes with the company they partnered with to do their hiring. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
