Pros

Variety, prestige name, the contacts, project management and growth as a recruiter. You learn constantly.

Cons

Many. Comp is a mess. Culture is very hit or miss depending on your team. Bonus time is always disappointing. PTO is okay, adequate but not great. Can be high stress at times. Goals and KPI’s rarely make sense.

Pros

The flexibility and ability to work from home is nice, especially during COVID. The people are excellent. You can learn so much from your colleagues and they are happy to sit down and share what they are doing and how you would be able to contribute. Great team focus. Everyone is incredibly talented and educated and pushes you to be better.

Cons

No performance review process for anyone under Senior Client Partner in 2020 means that we are not getting accurate barometer of our performance while enduring 20-25% pay cut until December 2020 at least. While company boasts learning opportunities and ways to be involved and gain experience, managers are possessive over talent and will not let you advance. After reading reviews on here, I'm starting to think that the majority of the positive reviews are fake as there are no details about actual day to day experience.
