After a long, about two years, job search, with all sorts of things, both remote and office, I still ventured to send an application to Kodland. I'm really sick of our deplorable financial situation. Sitting at home with the kids and complaining that life is bad is not about me. I'm used to working, I like it, I like making money and using it to realize even small, but still dreams. To be honest, I came to Kodland out of hopelessness, because the search was so long that with each new interview I realized that it was becoming more difficult to perceive people normally, and that it was somehow uncomfortable in the office among the team, that everyone around was annoying. In general, I was trained at Kodland, started working and realized that I like this job. Pros: no need to go early in the morning in a clogged transport, savings on travel, the work schedule suits me, especially the evening shift is high, the salary is the same average as if I worked in an office, I devote time to children in parallel Of course, there are dissatisfied employees, but here I can tell you for sure, only one factor plays a huge role - whether such a job suits you or not. You can find out this not from reviews, but only by experiencing it personally, there are no other options. Everything suits me I wish everyone to find themselves, try, realize dreams, happiness to everyone!
