Pros

Frankly, there is no benefit.

Cons

We earn truly inhumane salaries in a few teams in the MENA region. Let's go beyond the hunger line, we can't even get minimum wage. Apart from this, Team Leader, Senior and TL teams receive high salaries and do not do their jobs properly. The team members who do the real work, the managers, definitely cannot earn their due. Unfortunately, services such as health insurance and meal cards are not available along with inhumane salaries. Unfortunately, I cannot understand how some TLs came to this position. People with insufficient resumes can get promotions and to be TL. I can say that Kodland MENA, which has a very interesting operation and system, is beyond the CEO's goals and has now become a "family company". I absolutely cannot understand how they can ignore this and do this.
