good food good office no relevant work only support and manual work even for developers US people dump the unwanted work to the developer and senior developers too super micro management no product ownership calls at late nights and odd timings

Cons

everything work work life balance mental peace fear of getting fired next morning have to keep buttering the management very low increment false promises
