      Pros

      Good compensation. Freedom of work. Good opportunity for learning.

      Cons

      Management is always confused. No specific rules for defining roles and no proper company policy. Everything changes suddenly and some major policies are sometime not commutated properly.

      Most of the people you work with are great.

      Pay is under market Management doesn't follow company culture No bonus/incentive compensation for lower rank employees No company gym/membership assistance Lie to employees about growth opportunities

This system provides greater incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees, without having to wait for seniority. If you feel that you are not being compensated accordingly, we encourage you to talk with your supervisor or HR representative to learn the reason why and have a candid conversation about your role, responsibilities, and expectations.

      Great place to work, zero job security

      Pros

      Great place to work, chance to get hands on with lot of new technology, fast paced. Friendly co-workers and good atmosphere. Good benefits

      Cons

      Job security is at worst, supervisors aren’t clear sometimes and if something bad happens they throw employers under the bus and radar making their job unsafe. Doesn’t value for the work you do and except everything that they think is correct and doesn’t value the work you do when they aren’t interested in that project
