Pros

Benefits are awesome. Cafe has good food. Very flexible with schedule and taking time to go to appointments. Good pay.

Cons

Office politics. MBM is a buzz word and not something KBX follows. GP Employees follow MBM more than KBX. Like everyone else states, raises are hard to come by and it can take years. Woman are treated different and get less pay than male coworkers. Boys club is real and you can only get promoted if you are in it. They do not promote based on skills but rather who you are friends with. HR is a nightmare and they don't care about anyone unless you are BFF with them. Only certain people can be BFF with HR and VP

Pros

Growing company as it dables in a lot of industries

Cons

Too many changes in supervisors over me. They don't invest in employees like they preach. No investment in coaching or employee engagement for any momentum in a career there.

Pros

You can get any where in Wichita in 20 minutes. You can eat on site from two different in house restaurants. You have a tunnel from your uncovered parking into the building to avoid too much of the elements. They spend Monét on ergonomic features. As corporate as you can get and a real throw-back to the 70’s-80’s work mentality, if that is your thing. Also, no smoking anywhereon campus which might be the best benefits. The other benefits and bonus’ that matter are saved for senior management.

Cons

I witnessed so many lifer employees miserable, so many young and innovative employees leave and parents who never saw their children all for 2 weeks vacation a year and sick pay No one took and a 20$ gift card from middle management at Christmas. The company does not follow its’ model of ACTUALLY fostering innovation and they do not ensure employees are in their role that will ring out the best in the employee. They also do not pay competitively - the average 5 year employee who has increased job title is the basic wage of any entry level person around the country. You are better off taking your degree and talent to a place that actually rewards late nights, creativity and passion to any other company.
