      Pros

      Koch really takes care of those that contribute, and the culture is the best thing about the job! Really a great place to work and constantly growing, couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

      Cons

      Koch is not for everyone, you really have to understand and buy-in to the culture in order to enjoy working here. Those that do are successful and rewarded for their contributions but others will not last if they are not good fits.

      Pros

      You get to work with smart people and get to do interesting work. Successful people are highly compensated and benefits are as good if not better than at competitors.

      Cons

      For all the talk of Market Based Management, career advancement is based on wimps and fancies of bosses. Thus, there are groups run by incompetent people and they end up staying there for a while even if they are unsuccessful.
