      A wide variety of opportunities within several of the Koch companies for people willing to relocate. A market based compensation approach that provides tremendous upside for people capable of delivering extra-ordinary value

      Cons

      Still has the DNA of a smaller US based company Not a good place for people that just want to clock-in/out and expect an annual cost of living increase

      Company is focused on doing the right thing always, love the guiding principles that all employees are held to. Value your contributions with pay. Work hard and make a difference/provide value, you will be rewarded.

      Cons

      Expect a lot out of their leaders/supervisors which is not a bad thing really in my eyes.
