      The prestige of working for a large successful company

      Cons

      Employees are treated unfairly. There is no respect in this company. The overworked you and apparently have not had rate increases in the past 5 years.

Our compensation philosophy is "Pay for Performance", it is not based upon pay scales but rather on current market value and each individuals background and experience. High performers at Koch are paid very well.

      The pay is pretty competitive for the area and they have a great health care and retirement plan

      Cons

      Can't plan weekends due to not knowing the weekend schedule prior to Friday. The work/life ratio is not conducive to a family orientated worker
