      Pros

      Work really hard; stay late - learn a lot about commodities

      Cons

      lots of layoffs for last several years at multiple Koch companies; they do not practice what they preach in regards to MBM. Charles Koch (everyone's benevolent leader) gives a lot of lip service on MBM but it is rarely followed. You have to fight in order to get a raise. Christmas bonus??? forget about it!!!! there is no such thing as a bonus at Koch industries unless it is written into your contract...even then, they will whittle you down as far as they can... do yourself a favor and do NOT work at this company. You can literally hear the 'white noise' they pump into the building sucking the life out of you...

      Good company with a good culture

      Pros

      Koch is a very challenging company to work for. There are unlimited opportunities for growth and personal development. The culture is not just some buzz words on the wall. Employees are given the tools and coaching to continuously reinforce the MBM culture.

      Cons

      The company keeps growing, so bureaucracy sometimes happens. There are also some outdated policies that can be more aligned to support today's workforce such as vacation and dress codes.
