Koch is a Racist male oriented company. If you are a woman but specifically an African American woman you will see everyone around you grow, get praised, get their raises and higher roles but they will sell you these dreams of you advancing and it never happens to always keep themselves ahead of you and you in 3 years where you started with a dollar more in pay, when you’re just as smart as them. The only way for an African American to succeed within Koch is to be apart of the cliques or be Buddy Buddy with Leadership after work going out to drink and to the bars, casinos, etc. Nothing is a secret not even going to speak with HR and your Manager behind closed doors because the time you get back to your desk the conversation has made it to your colleagues.

Non technical leaders/Managers No understanding of work by the managers, which results in all wrong decisions Worst politics No recognition irrespective of the effort any one gives On good completion of projects managers take the credit ignoring the hard worked people only Managers/Leaders get good hike , if any one questions then they get harrashed and blackmailed to leave company worst environment to be in have to come to office or will be terminated automatically without information
